George W. Weaver Co-Founder and Director

George Weaver serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Precision Medical Products, Inc. Previously, he was the Vice President, Marketing for Precision Medical Products, Inc. Prior to that he held the positions of engineering manager, product engineering manager, machine designer, draftsman and apprentice. Prior to joining Precision Medical Products, Inc., he held positions with Arrow Precision Products, Inc., Arrow International, Inc., Rockwell International, Inc., and Textile Machine Works.

He holds an associate degree in engineering from Pennsylvania State University, and has completed an 8,000-hour machinist apprenticeship. He completed a program through the Journeyman Tool and Die Maker Pennsylvania Apprenticeship Council, as well as the Dale Carnegie Course. He has been recognized for 35 years of service by Arrow International and was deeply involved in transposing the company from a textile needle manufacturer to a medical device manufacturer. Mr Weaver was heavily involved in the design of medical device manufacturing processes and medical product designs resulting in numerous patent awards.

Mr. Weaver is an active member of the community. He has served on the Eastern Lancaster County Library Building Committee, and the St. Johns UCC Building Committee. He is the director of the New Holland Band, Inc., as well as director of the New Holland Band Museum. He is previously served as chairman of the New Holland Band 150th Anniversary celebration. Mr. Weaver received his 50 year award as a student of music with the New Holland Band in 2006.

Mr. Weaver resides in East Earl, Pennsylvania, with his wife Nancy. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. He enjoys antiques, antique automobiles, gardening, and music.
