Douglas N. Yocom President & CEO

Douglas N. Yocom is President and CEO of Precision Medical Products, Inc., a specialized medical device manufacturing company which he co-founded in August 1997.

Mr. Yocom was formerly Controller of Arrow Precision Products, Inc. a 1984 spin off company of Arrow International, Inc. (Arrow International, Inc. was founded in 1975 by a group of local Reading businessmen through the acquisition of the Arrow Products Division of Rockwell International.) Prior to joining Arrow Precision Products, he was Accounting Manager for Arrow International, Inc. and before that he was a staff accountant for Rockwell International, Inc.

Mr. Yocom resides in Douglassville, PA with his wife Nancy. He has three sons. Mr. Yocom earned his undergraduate degree in business from Bloomsburg University.

Mr. Yocom is a member of the Executive Board of Hawk Mountain Council, Boy Scouts of America and serves as the Vice President of Camping. He serves as a member of the Eagle Recognition Dinner of Hawk Mountain Council. Mr. Yocom, an Eagle Scout, is also a Brotherhood member of The Order of the Arrow and Silver Beaver.

Mr. Yocom is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of United Way of Berks County and also serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Berks County. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Business at Bloomsburg University and serves on the Board of Bloomsburg University Foundation. 

Mr. Yocom was the recipient of the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award and the 2008 Spirit of Scouting Award from the Hawk Mountain Council Boy Scouts of America.

His outside interests include skiing, biking, hiking, golfing, master swimming competition, traveling, and antique corvettes.
